At Kahira Creation, we take pride in providing high-quality products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- You must initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Customised, personalised, or sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Process for Returns

- Provide your order ID, reason for return, and photographs of the product.
- Once approved, you will receive the return shipping details.
- The product must be shipped back to us at your own cost (unless it is a defective or wrong item).
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
